I mean, inexperienced or not Mr Incredible can't hit someone several kilometers away. I'm saying it's a range stomp.

Pretty sure the only way Mr. Incredible isn't getting one-shot here is if he can get to her before she raises a hand becausw that's when the ice comes out and when that happens it's OHKO.

If Elsa manages to hit Mr. Incredible with her blasts, then he's dead, but due to skill differences he can potentially dodge and one shot Elsa.
5 meters is also not a long distance, and most humans can cover it in a second. I would say it's inconclusive for now since I don't know if Elsa would attack fast enough before Mr. Inc punches her
