Okay but who has the stomp

i wouldnt say its a complete stomp, frozone is much better (in terms of fighting ability.) with his powers and has way more experience in combat and he has a fairly massive travel speed advantage and elsa is a glass canon (she only has wall level dura.) plus elsa had some trouble against a couple normal humans with crossbows so i dont see why frozone couldnt win.

Stomp for Elsa
Both have wall level durability. Although Frozone is more in tune with his powers, as we can see in Frozen 2 (SPOILER ALERT), she can do a helluva lot more than just blast people with beams in a fight now, like keeping up with a purple-fire-breathing lizard that blitzes highly trained medival Arendellian soldiers, and even cornering it with ice wall, while simuntaneously putting out the massive fires it was causing. Her ice constructs vastly surpass Frozone's as well. Frozone's best feat was briefly stopping a casual Omnidroid, while Elsa stopped a massive lake from demolishing all of Arendelle So overall, Elsa isn't lagging behind as much in terms of fighting skill or defensive capability.
plus there's nothing stopping her from spamming Ice Golems clash-of-clans style too
OVerall, Elsa can do everything Frozone can and more (well, except for hand-to-hand, but that's really irrelivant in a fight like this)
