Elden Ring was the first game I did essentially 100% completion in. All endings, all achievements, all dungeons and bosses, all weapons and equipment, etc.. And I have almost every weapon and spirit summon maxed out as well.

I think that's just how Miquella looks. Again the whole curse of him having eternal youth is by Demi-God standards. Demi-God's are bigger than regular people and don't age the same way. Even the smallest one we've encountered in their regular forms (Melania) literally dwarfs the player character by several feet. Even in the original promotional image for the Shadow of the Erdtree trailer, Miquella looks adult sized on Torrent.
And yeah I have little doubts that Miquella is a genuinely nice guy, but I still think he has ulterior motives.
Narrator is definitely either Miquella himself or just a new character. Marika is very unlikely cause she wouldn't know what's even going on right now unless she has some kinda cosmic awareness, I also severely doubt we'll hear Marika's voice, just seems like Marika will remain a very mysterious character. Miquella I find unlikely unless he likes talking about himself in third person. So I think it's probably just a new character we haven't met that'll appear in the DLC. Keep in mind though, that in the original ER story trailer, the narrator was Ranni, who happened to be a major quest-line character with her own ending, and one of the very few non-Tarnished or Tarnished associated characters to ally herself with us. Which does make me suspect it might be Miquella if they're going for the same vibe.
