You would know that if you actually read the Willpower and The Limiter page, which you did not. What does Shikamaru have in willpower feats?

As for the match itself, it's a mismatch no matter how you look at it. Ada dies to passive radiation or Garou gets mind controlled and yeets himself (I doubt the second one though).
