Madara pulled a meteor from space "big enough to block out the sky" onto the Fourth Company of the United Shinobi Army. The meteor is seen to visibly turn the sky black. Even after Tsuchikage Ohnoki more or less stopped the meteor from hitting the ground the impact had enough force to cause the entire planet to quake.




The meteor fully stretches across the Frost Nation Sea (red line)...

Hence we know that the meteor must of a radius of at absolute minimum 3.1 miles as it stretches past the horizon at sea level.
