Naseem is eh, barely better than edelweiss. Under some circumstances he's worse. Although in this fight he would have been much better because he can pretty much 1 shot knives while being immune to the physical crush (because he turns into sand).

Well, if we assume that Edelweiss is a god tier because of her AP it creates some ****** up inconsistencies, that i would much rather not deal with. It also makes sense for her not to be peak peak tier in terms of AP since she's "ikki but better" and ikki's whole thing is "decent AP + skill" so...
As for Nene and Naseem i just haven't updated them yet, they scale to High 6-C at most iirc.

Yeah, above dragon spirit stella. I made the whole scaling chain on the 2nd big CRT i made on rakudai post the move.
I can't recall them off the top of my head i just remember this but iirc, it was Xiaoli was stated to be able to take Edelweiss' life, but stella crushes Xiaoli and still is only considered to be only a rival. But then we have Naseem who would be about equal to Stella in terms of AP, and Nene ends up beating him, and if then by the logic of "edelweiss is implied to be terribly strong so she should scale above" that would make Edel equal to Nene, but nene is > Naseem ~ Stella >> Xiaoli who was stated to be able to take Edelweiss' life.
And we have no good enough statement that Edelweiss is stronger than naseem. We just speculate based on the overall implications and feats, but nothing concrete.

Plants now have Causality Manipulation, Plank level matter hax and Space-Time Manipulation.
Also a possibility of 4-D Hax but that'll be brought up at a much later date. ( still researching this and gathering more evidence. )

Length is still a measurement of size ya dingus, Plants manipulate matter the size of Planck making it >>> Sub / Macro. Really it's more of Quantum manipulation but Quantum Manipulation can still act as high level matter manipulation so same difference either way.

No the manipulate matter the size of Plancks, which let's them manipulate dimensions & space-time. Doing this also allows for random power generation as seen with Knives.
So it's Matter Manipulation done via Quantum Manipulation. Quantum and Causality Hax are the two main functions that Plant's do, which allows them to generate and control matter, manipulate dimensions and create and collapse causality. ( Which is basically how Knives continued to gain random new abilities by absorbing thousands of Plants into himself. )

None that we can observe iirc, Planck length is so small they literally break the laws of macro physics. Like I said, it's Quantum Manipulation based matter hax, allowing them to manipulate and control matter smaller than matter in our known universe.
This is actually in our Matter Manipulation page and it's essentially what Plants do save for Higher Dimension stuff. ( which is funny because theres a statement about higher D Manipulation but that's obviously false.)
