Ittou Shura means Ikki can easily avoid anything Mr. Patch throws his way and can poke him in his patches until he deflates, easily within 60 seconds.

In speed equal it shouldn't be that big of a deal. He starts in ittou shura it means his ittou shura speed is equalized.

It isn't a matter of speed, though. It's a matter of perception, and both the beach balls Mr. Patch coughs up and the boxing glove coming out of the ground are easily telegraphed enough for Ikki to avoid them.

For inflicting damage 2 secs in the future? Meh, Ikki can still blitz, create clones, pseudo invisibility etc. Inflicting dmg 2 secs in the future won't be good enough.
