Fairly simple change here: Death should not have AE and Type 8 Immortality. Currently, his justifications are, to directly quote his profile: "Immortality (Type 1 and 8; Is the physical embodiment of death itself[1]), likely Abstract Existence (Type 2; Is the physical embodiment of the concept of death[1])"
This has a couple of problems. The page for Abstract Existence states the following: "Embodying a concept is not enough to obtain this ability, an abstract needs feats or reliable statements proving that the concept they represent grants them Immortality/Regeneration or control over the abstraction." and "Type 2: Embodies an abstraction, and can be resurrected or regenerate indefinitely thanks to it."
As such, in order for Death to qualify he would need Resurrection, Regeneration, and/or Death Manipulation. Thing is, Death has none of these on his profile. Additionally, if the reason that Death has AE is because Death has Type 8 Immortality and the reason he has Type 8 Immortality is because he has AE, then that creates a circular argument. The only remotely similar thing Death has is Type 1 Immortality, but that isn't good enough to qualify because that doesn't affect how Death can negate being killed. Mind you, I'm not arguing that Death isn't the concept of death itself, just that him being death doesn't grant him any abilities on its own.
