What do they start with?

Are natsu and gajeel allowed to trasnform, also which verions of Siegfried & Sigurd are being used here?

I think Natsu and Gajeel will just go frontal while Siegfried go frontal too since there is not many things in his arsenal. The curious thing is Sigurd, that he can start to go meet them in battle, or go support by using Primordial Runes on Siegfried to amp him up or debuff/harass Natsu and Gajeel with Runes. Sigurd also has Crystallized Wisdom which basically allows him to analyse both Natsu and Gajeel in short amount of time

Given the starting distance DF Natsu and Gajeel open by nuking the field with a combo roar and since DF Natsu is Low 6-B he one shots.

Oh well then, then no dragon form- Wait, nah. Actually Sigurd can tank it. He tanked an attack from Surtr Loptr Laegjarn with little problem. Mind that Loptr Laegjarn has massive magical energy and projects heat of 4M C degree. Sigurd can make a barrier with Primordial Rune while Siegfried defends with AoF (if it can?)

Siegfried most definitnely can defend with AoF, as it requires a weapon with Dragon Slaying Anecdotes to peirce, if it's magic which weakens the dragon, it will only reduce the properties of the Armor, not Outright peirce. And then you also have to factor in Siegfried's Dragon Slayer buff into this, which pretty much makes it nearly impossible for a dragon kind servant or beast to kill him. If this is post Strengthening Siegfried, the fight would be a slaughter. As for Sigurd, he has A+ End, which means he can pretty much tank anything thrown at him with minimal reprecussions.
Also, heat doesn't matter to Siegfried as a servant, as karna literally spawned a sun in the sky aproximately 75 meters away from (Sieg) Siegfried. Which is about 15 million degrees Celsius if we go by our star's heat and that didn't wear him down at all.

I think Sumanai's draconic defenses are cancelled by Dragon Slayer Magic for being especially effective against dragon-like things, so they would cancel each other advantage out, making the grounds even in that regard.

Yeah, but still Siegfried is the most potent Dragon Slayer in lore thus far, as he just has anecdotes ontop of anecdotes.
You have Balmung, which already has strong enough Anecdotes to basically kill an invinicble dragon. Then you have his skill, which pretty much invalidates anything dragon kind related lore wise. Even Artoria is specified to lose quite frequently against Siegfried in terms of canon because of that alone. Not to mention disengage, so if Siegfried is even allowed to retreat, all that hard work is kind of pointless.
As For Sigurd, Instant Death runes are a thing.
