Wouldn't occums razer mean that the nonexistent timelines are still just considered timelines in general. They are still within the multiverse, therefore destroying the mutliverse would destroy them rather than them secretly being spared despite being considered legit history enough to have time scrolls about them

Like multiverse contains nonexistent something or other within it. You destroy the entire multiverse that contains said nonexistence, so by default you destroyed non-existence. The argument was already built on occums razor to begin with, you can't just replace it with a more convulted interpretation then claim the razor.
