Downgrading The Outsider Or At Least Revising His Justifications (Sorry)

Hello, In this thread i hope to explain why The Outsiders Justification For 2-B, is not Actually 2-B

2-B Outsider comes from this statement: "A Crack in the Slab from Dishonored 2. One such Hollow states, "A thousand lives, a thousand choices, all converged on one wounded body, one wounded mind."

My issue comes not from this statement, which i think is perfectly valid, it comes from the fact that this does not qualify for 2-B,

Quoting the tiering system on 2-B:
"Characters who can significantly affect[1], create and/or destroy larger multiverses which comprise from 1001 to any higher finite amount of separate space-time continuums."

1000 Realms whilst close, is not 2-B, it is just Really good 2-C

If there is another justification for it, it should be added on the page.

Its 2-B because that statement applies to every person who exists in the dishonored universe. The outsider references it at the end of both games as well as the DLC and its referenced again in the novels with both Zhukov manipulating the black mirror to go through all of his potential timelines to make himself a hero and Billie lurk going through numerous timelines to track down daud and the twin bladed knife

Dishonored kinda functions on the idea that every choice you make causes a branch in the timeline and that applies to literally everyone who has ever existed

Is there anyway we could explain this in his justifications?

"As evidenced by Billie Lurk's timeline jumping, Zhukov's manipulation of the Black Mirror, and The Outsiders remarks regarding the array of choices that Corvo, Emily, and Daud have made and could have made throughout their journey, it is implied that all people in the Dishonored universe share a similar mechanic of branching timelines created from their decisions."

Pretty good, we should wait for more staff to comment and preferably gather scans.

I can grab scans from the novels when I get home if you want to get stuff from the games and comics

Would his 2-B AP be 1000 x 7 Billion (population of earth) if it applies to everyone?

It would likely be closer to 100 billion seeing as it applies to everyone ever, not just the current people

Yeah, the void shadows are a fragment of the void which he embodies

He would also have the void entities passive mindhax

If he has those I think he would have time manipulation, smoke manipulation, time travel via portal creation (if the dishonored wiki is accurate)
