Another Dishonored CRT. Hopefully this one goes quickly, I just wanted to get this out before I revise the characters affected.

This CRT is for downgrading the Dishonored cosmology. On the Outsider's profile, we accept the cosmology as this:
Attack Potency: At least Universe level+ (Is the representational figure of the Void, who was merged "in part" with the dimension, and became one with it, in a ritual that turned him into a god-like being. The Void is stated to have "issued forth the worlds and stars" and is said that it "devours all"; The Void is considered both "the end of all things. And the beginning." And that The Void will eventually "devour all the lights in the sky." and that "all cosmic objects are eventually dragged into 'this hungry nexus' (The Void) and forever cease to be". Time is considered to be an "additional aspect of space" and fourth dimension in the world of Dishonored), likely Low Multiverse level to possibly Multiverse level (Due to the ritual to summon Delilah Copperspoon into the world from The Void, there are holes in the world, dubbed 'Hollows', in which The Void is bleeding through the cracks. Hollows are monochromatic objects that flicker in and out of reality, showing alternate versions of an object or a different object entirely, where "time is bleeding into itself" around an object or even a person, like Billie Lurk. Hollows are showcasing alternate timelines of different possibilities, as shown by one of the Hollows being a picture of Billie Lurk flickering between the different alternate timelines that came about due to the events of A Crack in the Slab from Dishonored 2. One such Hollow states, "A thousand lives, a thousand choices, all converged on one wounded body, one wounded mind.", which could imply that there are at least a thousand different alternate realities that exist), possibly far higher (The Ritual Hold is a part or aspect of The Void that does not base its topography "upon reality to supply the base material for it to mirror", is said to be "as futile as it is forbidden to enter" as "the Void itself keeps it shut to living eyes", and that it "exists outside of time itself")
The first issue is the "far higher" rating. Existing outside of time isn't itself worthy of a tier, so it is not justification for a higher tier. The Ritual Hold being some deeper layer of the Void isn't itself proof of a higher tier, it can just mean beyond the Void's normal range, and this conservative estimate is the only justified one, so we should remove the far higher tier for the reason that the justifications do not warrant it.

The second issue is the 2-B scaling. I do not have any issues with the justification at all, it just doesn't meet our standards for 2-B. To qualify for 2-B, you must:

2-B: Multiverse level

Characters or objects that can significantly affect,[1] create and/or destroy larger multiverses which comprise from 1001 to any higher finite amount of separate space-time continuums.
The outsider having 1000 alternate universes does not qualify for 2-B by definition. 1000 is less than 1001, so the Outsider's AP would only be 1000 universes (Peak 2-C) instead of anything 2-B, which has no further basis. Assuming more than the Outsider's stated 1000 is not justifie at all, and extrapolating more than neccesarry from the statement. The Outsider's 2-B rating should be removed to be more in accordance with our 2-B and 2-C standards.

I propose this for the Void's (Outsider) and Delilah Copperspoon's, since with prep she scales to the whole cosmology and she merged with the Void, Attack Potency:
Attack Potency: At least Universe level+ (Is the representational figure of the Void, who was merged "in part" with the dimension, and became one with it, in a ritual that turned him into a god-like being.
