Well. Max is kind of a Glass Cannon. So any attacks she throws at Max would kill him. And I doubt Max could get past her Low-Godly Regen with the abilities he has.

I'd say Doremy would win.

According to her profile she can control and rule the entire Dream World which contains the dreams of everyone on earth and the moon with a single one of them being large enough to have several stars and nebulae in them.

So yeah she is fairly decent unto 4-A.

And even if she was baseline Max would still have Human level durability which Doremy could obliterate.
