Doomsday destroys them both easily, especially since they only have Similar DC with the weapon. Being able to keep up with Superman and Wonder Woman in the Extended Universe, iirc, makes him surprisingly higher in reaction speed.

Panty and Stocking had their MHS+ statistic removed as there was no justification for it. And they still are only Multi-City Block level in durablity. So Doomsday would blitz and one shot.
