For the resistance to Void Manipulation scan, you forgot to mention that Doctor Strange also has Psychic Shield which gives him resistance to Mind Manipulation.

The list is incomplete, you can put more scans below with description if you want. I did what I could.
 
I am fine with if you wish to add these abilities to his profile page.
 
If he does then on his own power, he should be MFTL+, especially if he has the reaction time to show for it.
 
It is linked to spatial manipulation.

I am also uncertain what to do about his speed.

I checked and that should be all of the revisions updated for his profile for now except the resistances & the scans for Doctor Strange's AP I mentioned earlier that have not been added yet.
 
Okay. Should I unlock the page so you can add the abilities?

However, you must be careful to edit in a proper standard manner, and to not add anything that has not been agreed about.
