Bayo going into pugurtorio wouldn't help Bayo as Strange can just go to the mirror dimension and she can't follow him there as well. Also we're forgetting that Strange has an astral from that can allow his body to stay safe in the mirror dimension while he looks for Bayo.
Also, Strange's portal creation can take him in and out of the mirror dimension. What's there to say that he can't just create a portal to pugurtorio?

Because he doesn't know what purgatorio is or that it even exists so he has no reason to assume he can? And we're already past Bayo using purgatorio, its it's a non factor at the moment

Then Strange traps her in the mirror dimension where he has the home ground advantage. Most, if not all wizards start with it and it will help greatly as Strange can alter the environment in a way that suits him. Besides, he can hide there and Bayo can't do anything to him.
Also projectiles get transmuted or deflected by Strange's barriers.
Strange was going to use the Time Stone on Ebony but was stopped. So he will use it in character against a formidable threat.
Finally, Strange portal spans like it's going out of style. All this should really make the whole Time Stone loop a non factor.

She can get out of the mirror dimension via purgatorio and she'd be able to see him if he tries to hide there and hit him
She can use telekinesis to move her bullets around the barriers and Bazillion's projectiles are pure energy not physical projectiles
He didnt use it against Thanos so no he won't, and using the time stone doesn't equate to using a time loop
Bayo can easily react to portal spamming

@Weekly she rarely does the telekinetic bullet stuff. And his portals can take him across the planet if he wants to.

Bayo isnt another wizard, her powers work differently than strange's. If he tries to leave him there shed still be able to hit him except now shed be invisible to him, and if he tries to fight her there bayo would be just fine as shes no stranger to the battlefield around her constantly moving and changing.
Fair point but he didnt do that to every one of thanos' attacks, only the vortex, bullets and small energy blasts arent going to appear nearly as dangerous
Dormamu was out of his league too but he still used it against him because he had knowledge beforehand that he needed to use it, strange hasnt used time loop without prior knowledge before.

2) True, but Strange can also throw dimensional walls to BFR her bullets. Thanos was only able to break it because he had the Space Stone.
3) I'm not talking about using the Time Stone for a time loop. I'm talking about him using it at all for time shenanigans. He didn't know jack about Ebony, but he was sure as heck ready to use the Time Stone against him.

Bayo's bullets can attack cross-dimensionally, dimensionally bfring her bullets wont do much
Unless he timestops or time loops his time manip wont be too much of an issue for Bayo, plus to use his time manip he leaves himself open for a few seconds when activating the Eye
