No 3A is just for destroying physical matter of a universe.

A character who can destroy space-time 4 dimensional structures is 2C.

And timelines of the universe should have enough to make it at least 2B/2A depending on the theory accepted.

Here is what I think

Fukkatsu No F will have Freeza bust the universe completely instead of Earth, bumping DBZ to 2-C/2-B (Depends on the timelines) and they will look through Universe 6 for the Super Dragon Balls

That or it goes universal later in the Universe 6 arc

i really hope that nothing above high 1-C happens, i mean, if it gets to like 100 dimensions or something i will be sad

now it wud be cool, if he gets those power, and then ends up losing them and results in a 2-A being in the end, that way, goku wont be too op by the end, and he will also get a version for soloing vs fights, hence ending his vs carrier (at least with that one OP form)
