The power of the grenade that immediately turns the opponent who received the blast into a stone seems to be "a contraindication that could disrupt the balance of this universe" to Manganese.

What that means in AP? or hax?

Disrupting the balance if the universe sounds like it could be reality warping, but it really depends on context. Simply corrupting or distorting the universe would just be hax and may not always be physical AP. Though, causing it to collapse would be AP. But unless I'm missing something, it sound more like hax.
