We are gonna disscuss two points today.
1. King Ghidorah anime downgrade.
Our tiering system changes make Ghidorah not able to be Tier High 3-A anymore, I'll explain why:
Being 4-D is no longer a warrante to be ranked on a higher tier unless the character can accomplish on of these requirements to be ranked in high levels.
A) Provably infinite, one which can be safely assumed to be so, or that is of an otherwise non insignificant size.
B) Portrayed as infinitely larger than lower-dimensional objects and spaces in the setting of a given work of fiction.
C) Equivalent to a large extra dimensional space.
King Ghidorah's case is an example of someone who doesn't have all the requirements to be High 3-A.
High Universe level (Stated to be a higher-dimensional being, unbound by the laws of the physical universe as it comes from a higher dimension, whose true form is undetectable by 3-Dimensional analytical equipment, with the only means of measuring it being the intense gravity it gives off)
Is not enough but he is not featless at all, he has 5-A feats accroding one of his OFFICIAL BIOS:
SO he could be easily 5-A by destroying planets.
2. Godzilla Earth upgrade:
According one of the OFFICIAL BiOS of Ghidorah he is equal to Godzilla in his peak.

There is a monster called "Ghidorah" that brings the demise. Ghidorah, a powerful being equal to Godzilla Earth, who is called the Monster King, is said to be a fearful, literally forbidding existence even to call its name,and it is said to inhabit an unknown world, to have emerged from the void. It may not be an exaggeration to say that once Ghidora appears in the world, the fate of a planet is run out.
So yeah both are equal, this means Ghidorah was winning the upper hand mostly due to hax, rather than power alone.
So in conclusion Godzilla Earth could probably upgraded to 5-A and Ghidorah downgraded to 5-A as well.
BONUS
Ghidorah has tremendous gravitational control ability, and when it comes down, a singular point with an ergo region along with a distorted gravitational wave , that is, a black hole , naturally occurs . Although this is unusual, Ghidorah's neck extending from the black hole has been observed as an anomalous mass rather than a singular point , indicating that Ghidra is a supergravity mass that surpasses the black hole .
Maybe we can calc the Ghidorah's black holes?
