Everyone in the Higher Worlds and above can control Kakera, which include higher dimensional planes and such. Hard to get scans for but it's pretty self explanatory I think.

Going through more of the pages with said abilities, Both Arale’s seem to have DM for the same reason DBH did, so that should be nuked. Arceus doesn’t even have DM so he shouldn’t even have it. Mother of Existence and dark dragon also seem to have it for the same reason DBH does so that should be gone unless other feats exist.

So in Doctor Who manipulating the most of Time active civilization or entity can control at some level of BioData, which is 4-D, and the higher levels can mess with the Biodata of the Time Lords(and others), which are 5-D.

Most of Time travel is achieved through manipulating the Time Vortex, AKA the fifth dimension.

The Osirians can absorb time, and when I say time I mean Time of a higher dimension.

Subspace is basically the Osirians' own version of the Time Vortex.

Yeah, most of DM in Doctor who are from control the Time Vortex

But there are others Feats like have Quantum mnemonics/Block Transfer Computation

Alright, going through as much of the other characters as I can, The World of Darkness characters have no explanation for dimensional manipulation, which I'm assuming is from the old days when getting 1-A gave you these abilities which isn't the case anymore so they shouldn't have it unless other scans exist for them controlling dimensional planes.

A Wild Last Boss Appears characters don't seem to have sufficient evidence for dimensional manipulation as nothing in the scans mention they can control or warp dimensional planes so that should be nuked.

Jean Grey shredding the boundaries between realities and potentially dimensions can qualify.

A.M.A.Z.O's justification is too vague to warrant dimensional manipulation so it should be nuked.

Aisha's description sounds more like space-time manipulation than anything so unless there's more to it, it should be nuked.

Fate characters having it with Cadalbolg warping the dimensional planes Medea would traverse is solid, same with Medea warping beyond the third dimension to teleport as well as the spaceship being able to move into a higher space and control over imaginary number space. Though Maxwell's Demons wouldn't qualify as there's no elaboration in him being able to control imaginary number space

Akka and Crota could potentially qualify with the 4-dimensional waveforms if that's elaborated upon.

Anubis can qualify given from what I've been told he has access to technology that can warp dimensional space.

BOB has no explanation whatsoever for dimensional manipulation so he's gone.

Bulk Beings have no scans whatsoever so nuke

@ZeedKZ being able to shift into those higher space can work, a pocket space would need more elaboration.

Oh, I don't know if this helps in anything, but to add more context, this monster's function is to send people to his 4-D tunnel (which then leads to Utopian, a four-dimensional world), which is a pocket space contained within himself, and he is able to travel to that place.

It seems to come from this from one of the Destiny 2 lore books:

Eris Morn's body twitches and folds. The sweat on her brow squirms back to her pores and burrows in like glistening larva. Suddenly there is a sound like a single bone struck upon a metal plate, and in the dark interval between two firework detonations, the body loses all structure, falls loosely upon itself like a rag drifting in water, tumbles, then snaps suddenly flat and taut into a pane of leather and skin. Through that pane comes a long black needle and the skin around it dimples into the erratic spun-cancer topology of some gruesome four-dimensional waveform which no monist process could ever produce.

Out of that needle, as if dispatched into the world through fatal injection, comes the emaciated magnificence of Dûl Incaru.
