Diamond Authority power scaling theory

This is just a theory and I didn't make it up myself. I actually heard it from one of Channel Federator's videos (Can't remember which one) but here's the theory. The gems with the most planets mean that they could be the most powerful. So it could mean

White/Black/Whatever Diamond > Yellow Diamond > Blue Diamond > Pink Diamond

What are your thoughts on this theory?

We can't base our scaling off of theories, but at the same time I also think that will be the order from strongest to weakest if/when we see White Diamond and Pink Diamond (through flashback, of course).

Of course, there's also the theory that White Diamond is homeworld, but only time will tell.
