Okay, I am being quite a bit hyperbolic, but still.

I don't see how Sans plans on winning when he just eats PROBABILITY, SON

actually, how was DeVoe beaten in Canon? Has he been beaten in Canon yet?

They pretty much ignored that DeVoe had probability manipulation by the latter episodes. I missed the first half of the season finale so I don't think i can say for certain how he was beaten.

It's CIS if the villian knows he could easily use the hax, but refuses to because "Muh I don't like using my shiny toys on fodders"


It's PIS if the villain totally would use the hax and has a multitude of times but the Plot prevented them somehow.

Looking that he can m,ake the enmy unlucky while making himself lucky its kinda dificult for sans to win in any way unless he has knowlege of it and he tries to use teleportation and danmaku to get around it
