Devil May Cry Discussion Thread

I can only think of Mundus and Argosax, thats what comes to mind
That statement refers to the power struggle after DMC1. This is after Mundus and his generals are removed but before Argosax is unsealed, meaning it can't mean them; it's basically referring to the guys who are left over. Might not be entirely accurate either given that some of the strongest demons don't want the throne.

Okay so we don't know.

Do you have any idea about this btw?
Why some demons scale/upscale to Beastheads' 4-A feat btw?

What results do we get if we apply these multipliers to this calculation?
502.6 Quadrillion for DT Anime Dante and DMC2 base Dante, as well as Chen (bases comparable to DMC1 DT, DT is X2 multiplier)

5.026 Quintillion for DT DMC2 Dante, higher for base DMC5 Dante since he is a lot stronger (X10 amp from Quick Heart, which has become standard for the cast's speed since then)

50.26 Quintillion or more for DMC5 DT Dante (DMC5 base is stronger than DT from those earlier titles, and DT is still a X10 boost)

NOTE: In DMC5 Dante also escaped Urizen's tendrils using a power boost from the Sparda, telling us it's still an amp. I wouldn't treat this as a multiplier, but it seems likely that it might add the original power boost from DMC1 on top of Dante's current power, since logically he should still be able to access the same amp. If so, it would likely add something like another 100 Quadrillion to his speed. Honestly, this boost would hardly even register for DMC5's speed, changing the 5.026 Quintillion of DMC5 base to 5.126 Quintillion, and in turn boosting the DMC5 DT from 50 Quintillion to 51 Quintillion.

I don't remember very well, what is this ability? Does Dante still have it?

Think so. Certainly the X10 Quick Heart is.
I think a blog and CRT should be made about multipliers (combined with the quadrillion times ftl calculation) to make sure it is accepted and used in profiles.

The multipliers have been done and accepted on the profiles already, and I only calculated the feat itself.

So Dante and Lady haven't met in this series, and meet for the first time, even though in the main story they meet in Temen-ni-gru.

Looks like it's going out of its way to set this series up as being another parallel world. That's at least five now, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah they meet differently here, also the rabbit was someone from the manga seen briefly isnt it?

So this takes place in an alternate DMC3 manga sorta parallel world

Its just taking the accepted value and multiply it by the multiplier aint it? Heck just a calculator to do the math is not screaming any difficulty, unless there is more to this then that

Wait, does the x10 also concern Nero and Vergil or not? Since DMC2 Dante has that via Quick Heart
He absorbed the amulets into himself, so it'd apply to his DT form. If they can keep up and have a similar speed boost from their DTs, they scale.

This was changed already btw, the tagline was not pre-approved by the show's creator. It should be the usual "This party's getting crazy, let's rock!"

Adi is based unlike Kamiya ngl
Adi seems okay to me. I do think he was unreasonable in that IGN interview, and the interviewer didn't do anything to warrant how he treated her, but I actually agree with him that Vergil is a bad guy.

Regarding Kamiya, his online behaviour tells me that he is actually not a pleasant person deep down. That's his behaviour when he isn't made to be polite by Japanese polite culture.
