Quite a bunch actually. We recently found a new scan that confirms Mundus indeed created that universe but we are planning to implement it later.
Apparently not as some may argue it is portal creation or shit.
I've prepared a PoC revision that adds quite a useful sets of abilities or atleast backups for it but I'm waiting for the right moment.

That could result in it making more sense. If the demon being referred to is Mundus for example, the phrase "demons who are below him" would likely refer to his generals. Same for demons similar to Mundus like Argosax. Even if it was talking about a sub-boss the wording implies a closeness to the demon in question, and even if it's talking some fast lesser demon it still implies that it refers to that creature rather than all demons. It might even only apply to whatever demon is being referenced (and anyone who scales to that demon) by saying slower demons than it are that fast. This translation removes the whole "all demons scale" issue.
There's actually proof that he created it in the scene itself. You can see all the empty space between the stars when the dimension first appears, and afterwards the stars are everywhere and there's no empty space that size. Thus proving those stars appeared after the dimension enveloped Dante and Mundus. A buddy of mine drew my attention to that, I brought it up in the Wiki (I was ignored at the time because everyone was salivating over 9D mobile game stuff and didn't care about Mundus...) and even G1 has noticed it and referenced it. The scene itself contradicts the notion that he just travelled to the dimension.
