What is the feat for this regen? Is it related to high ranking demons that can transform into devil arms or is it something else?

I believe it was these:
- Enhanced Regeneration (Mid-Godly): Mundus was able to come back after being completely destroyed by a bloodlusted Dante, who's able to target not only the physical body of his opponents, but also their mind and soul
- Improved Regeneration (Mid-Godly: Nero was able to regenerate after he was absorbed on mental, physical and spiritual level by the savior to become one with it.)

Common misconception, but the DMC3 manga heavily implies otherwise.
As for his relationship with Cindy (the girl shown in the trailer, she also appears in the original DMC anime), she very openly flirts with him, but he keeps things at arms' length. He does that with Lucia as well, likely due to his PTSD and fear of further loss.

Volume 1 novel has it too. Some chick who worked in a club had eyes on Dante for sometime, and drags his drunk ass back to her home to ****. Cleans him up and shit, but gets turned off when he has nightmares of his mom in sleep. Dante dislikes her demanding nature and leaves her without sex. It's said multiple times Dante is very picky about who he dates and has no problem seducing women, but doesn't bother maintaining relations.
Basically pump and dump guy.
Even in anime Morrison says Dante is too tough and violent to handle women.

It's actually more like he is tired of getting blackmailed by women trying to use his trauma against him. If you remember when Kerry is demanding seggs Tony thinks of the women he has slept with only to use the fact that he cries and calls for Eva in his sleep against him, Even Claire (Redfield) did this as she was the one who told Kerry about it.
