L vs Shokuhou Misaki

Scenario: Misaki is dropped into Death Note universe (before the Kira stuff happened) and attempts to go for world domination.

Can L figure out what's going on and, more important, stop her?

Shokuhou can control mind of people. She could extract memory with ease. L might notice her but could he stop her?

First, he cannot confront her or send anyone into her way. They will all be controled. Her power's speed is totally superior to Lelouch and sure faster than deathnote.

Second, Shokuhou is as smart as a super computer. She would notice if L try to get into her way.

Third, however, Shokuhou shown no interest in dominate the world so if L's plan is to make her to realize there is something better than dominate that world he might stop her. But for sure he cannot stop her by strength since the power of a level 5 is equivalent to a military force(she could take over 10 people(totally control) at max and hundred of people(with limit control) and even more with exterior)

To realize I have a theory that he brings someone who is controlled by Misaki to some psychologist and notice nothing happens to their mind(Misaki controls the moisture and fluid of the brain of the victim not hypnotize them). Then he could bring them to some brain surgeon and figure out that the perpetrator used some kind of chemicals to control the brain(the method of Misaki's power is to make brains release the chemicals in order to make the mind of the victims act as she wants). He then would soon notice someone who knew about brain and be worshiped and that led to Misaki. However, a process like that would probably cost years to know and Misaki could just respond by take over the detectives' and polices' mind to faken the information or if she doesn't want L to stand on her way, she could take over Donald Trump's mind, stop him and rule the world.
