Demigra Minor Downgrade and Upgrade + Profile cleanup

I disagree with possibly low 2-C part. Demigra clearly is stated and depicted as warping the entire multiverse in base form to start off ever since the beginning of his appearance in the game. The whole point is to stop his power from destroying the multiverse and the real world. Not to mention Chronoa who is 2-B is inferior to him and cannot stop him or his power alone. He also can overpower guys like SSJG Beat while in base form in the cinematics for the game, who later fight alongside Xeno Goku to try and defeat him after he transforms, so he is competing with guys that are also 2-B even in base and winning.

I see no reason to make his base form less than 2-B.

True, but never the entire multiverse at once. The burden of proof is on your to prove it was at once since the only clarification we're given is "this world is on the verge of destruction" which is very vague.

Furthermore, his "warping of the multiverse" in base just amounts to him creating wormholes and Space-time doors. While I can agree with Multiversal range, but flat out "2-B" seems a bit too generous.

This is true... to an extent. While they were trying to prevent the destruction of the multiverse, it was mostly them just purifying Space-time doors. The space-time doors would eventually consume the world after gathering enough energy. And we don't know if "the world" is referring to just the universe they were in or the multiverse. Assuming the universe is a far safer assumption.

He also can overpower guys like SSJG Beat while in base form in the cinematics for the game, who later fight alongside Xeno Goku to try and defeat him after he transforms, so he is competing with guys that are also 2-B even in base and winning.

If anything that's an anti-feat for Beat. He doesn't 2-B feats of his own but only through scaling to Demigra and other Demon Gods.

Overall,

Low 2-C is far more consistent but 2-B is still likely hence why the rating should be "At least Low 2-C, likely 2-B". Don't know why that was removed from his profile...

The very first statement about the energy that is permiating the multiverse and going into the real world is "this world is on the verge of being destroyed" And "Your world was being effected to? Damn it trancended space and went to a diffrent world as well." So we know since the start he was on the verge of destroying DBH world completly and effecting both at once.

So he definatly warps the entire thing at once and even trancends it in base.

Also we know in this context world is the multiverse since they clarify that many timelines are being warped and mixed as the story goes on due to the dark energy being across all of them.

Also his base beats down SSJG Beat who is the form you have against his final form along with Xeno Goku who has SSJ.

Also Chronoa who can hold together the multiverse still can;t stop him alone and fears him.

So he is certainly able to take other 2-B fighters, and does warp and almost destroy the multiverse all at once from the start. So consistently he is 2-B by feats and scaling.

Most of my above replies still stand as you didn't really address them. But meh. I'm fine with whatever happens here either way.
