To be honest, Death would win. Although HOTU Thanos absorbed everything (including the abstracts besides from TOAA https://i.pinimg.com/originals/7d/a4/d1/7da4d1d0e5975c1e120ff0350a5e561e.jpg) in the Marvel Universe that he was in (http://media.animevice.com/uploads/3/34507/685670-1161992_thanos__1___p12__hg_.jpg) Death will absorb Destiny at the end of creation and because Destiny is the only one who can harm Lucifer and everything is a part of him. So theoretically, if Death will absorb Destiny, then she would technically be absorbing everything. However, I do not have the scans for this YET.

Death's pretty much unkillable to High 1-Bs, moreso to Thanos who apparenly only has universal range according to this thread .

To completely rid of her, you need to destroy every alternate Creation in the Void, past and future.The Void is an infinite nothingness that is infinitely vast even to the Presence and Lucifer.That plus when Death dies, the one who will claim Death is...Death (As shown in the High Cost of Living )
