Interesting comment that i find:
"A lot of people replying don't fully understand what the team is saying when they say "too much of a stomp". The crew is referring to matchups like Gohan Vs Invincible, where the matchup is literally dampered by the fact that it's a stomp. Let's look at: Tetsuo Vs Magnito. This matchup is a stomp in magnito's favor, no two ways about it, but the animation potential in their abilities and thematics made it work. That's how I interpret their mindset anyways

And before anyone mentions it, Korra Vs Storm is a matchup that the crew wanted to do for years and was an episode out of self indulgence, not comparable and it's an outlier"

Also, I’m still not 100% buying that Ben’s personal Randy Savage vs Kool-Aid Man was Korra VS Storm and I don’t think I ever will.

Do you think we’ll ever get a threeway free for all between different series? Think the Pokémon Battle Royale but with 3 different series characters. Are there any characters that have so many connections between the three of them that the only rational decision is to put them together at once?

Seriously doubt it and it wouldnt work anymore, but Shonen Big 3 NarutoLuffyIchigo could have worked.
 
So Showa Riders on their civilian/human form are getting upgrade to 8-A, which mean Ichigo can now even overwhelmed Captain America without transforming into his Rider form lmao
