Some matchups are way easier to write into a fight script than the others. Like good vs evil matchups are easy to write into, villains wrestling for some land and planets and treasures. Or... Characters fighting to the death in a no holds barred fighting tournament.
Also, this is a Death Battle episode, there will be only 3-7 minutes for the fight - mostly 3-4 minutes.
We can see some scripts being more generic, but the key idea is that it has to be fitting. And I would say... Most fights qualify to be fitting so far. All season 10 episodes are fine with these. Even KilluaMisaka. And yes even Martian Surfer.

If all of this remained, Freizatron would’ve been an easy 10/10. This battle could’ve been 6 minutes long, wtf. If only there was a little more time and a little more money. It makes sense why Golden Frieza’s transformation was so drawn out.

Luis did mention DevilArtemis was able to bring in some of the cut stuff in the fight but some of was altered like frieza using his imprisonment ball in his final form than golden
Regardless it's something that DevilArtemis still made this fight good despite some cuts
