"There's a couple of layers to it. Researchers normally get a chance at the start of seasons to propose fights. Apparently other departments(animators) also propose fights.
The internal RT team goes over their owns ideas.

Ben typically has us rank all ideas based on how much we like them.

Typically they talk among themselves regarding which fights are the most feasible or would be the best timed. They then talk to their own bosses. I'e never been involved with that. But I'm assuming its going over what's feasible in terms of budget and animation can def notice if you pay attention. Like it's pretty clear a big reason why Ant-man and Rocket happened this year is cause they both had movies.

Touhou is unpopular because the creator doesn't bother to translate his own game to other languages forcing the fans to do that job for him.

Well that too, and with PMMM popularity has been in decline unlike the other big franchise like Fate for example, at best it will bring an average numbers or a bit higher

I can see that tho I feel Spy X Family popularity dampen down as of late but maybe I can see it do okayish wise

Mainly because Season 1 has ended long ago, then again the damped down popularity doesn't affect SxF that much since it's still very popular, when The Movie and Season 2 aired, SxF will be skyrocketed to the top of universe

I think I've said this before but views are important. Views are neccessary.

That being said we are talking about which catfights would get the same views as normal fights. Those matchups you mentioned don't have enough mainstream fighters to have normal views.

When you think about the people who create these DBs, produce everything, write the scripts, voice act, etc., then yes. Views do matter.

However, there's nothing wrong with expressing your love for MUs that likely won't get many views necessary to help financially support DB, and constantly thinking about views makes thinking about some cool, thematic MUs boring asf.

as someone who’s been researching Stitch for G1, I can say Stitch’s side media is ridiculous. Most of it isn’t available on any streaming services, large swathes of content are either nearly lost media or actually lost media, English dubs have been actually lost making some episodes nearly impossible to decipher, the Stitch anime is impossible to find in good quality above like 480p, several bits of content are only available on like one site or a single upload on Internet Archive, this shit is ******* DIRE lmfao.

What I meant was it could use a little filter. Separate the background and characters from eachother. Take Omnilander or BondWick for example, the characters have outlines to separate themselves from the background. Or you could use 2 backgrounds like SauronKing.
