How many times has DB used "Character X scales to character Y who scales to character Z"?

And FTL Rocket is meh tier for modern DB Marvel, they had IF at those kinds of speeds.

I guess for Stitch, I think I saw mentions that Stitch dodged lasers from turrets that could target spacecrafts, but unsure how valid that is.

If anything i'm more interested about Rocket's arsenal and see which will get Herald scaling, like are even his regular firearms that powerful or its just limited to his strongest weapons?

Since that will also likely affect future debate that include other Guardians of the Galaxy like Star-Lord.

Yeah this fight really comes down to speed and Rockets arsenal, ain't no way you can reasonably make Rocket physically in the same league as Stitch his win cons are gonna come down to if he's fast enough and his weapons strong enough (Which I'm sure there's some weapons that can be put at herald level)

I mean they did accept Relativistic speed for James Bond, i don't see why they wouldn't do the same with Stitch.
It was mainly looked as an outlier for bond in the fight
Popup: Though they are likely outliers, Bond has dodged electricity from Gustav Graves in GoldenEye 007: Reloaded, as well as laser beams in The Man with the Golden Gun and Moonraker.
Definitely, the questions are how many, how efficient they are and if Stitch has way to counter them.
I guess we'll see this weekend g1 blog cause for the most part s7 -current street levels tiers be at relativistic/lightspeed on the show than outright FTL

Rocket on the left trying with all his might to dodge when engaging against Stitch in close quarters on the right, in a nutshell..

Yes, but to DB, it's valid because nothing about Stitch's general character is significantly altered. If it was an Archie Sonic type deal, and Stitch was named Stitch "The Bitch" 626, could split into 626 separate selves, and turn into a kaiju at will, then you'd have a point. But under DB's current rules, Stitch's anime is fair game.
DB is fickle as **** because last season, one of the reasons they disregarded Testuo Uni+ feat because it came from a secondary canon source, so idk 🤷🏿‍♂️.
