It says light but a good amount of the sentence is cut off so we can't say he's loghtspeed off it.

Wasn't this mentioned a while back? If I remember correctly, this passage was brought up before in speed upgrades, but it was rejected since we don't get to see enough of it to really give a solid answer. I could personally see it as maybe a "Possibly SOL", since it makes sense in context, though that would need some input.
