I didn't know why he had his previous 9-A rating, so I assumed it was by scaling to his main self. Alternatively, he can just be Low 6-B outright

His 9-A justification was kinda bad. I guess At most Low 6-B is fine?
Though considering the Low 6-B is like baseline, I guess he could downscale to High 6-C+
