A timeline encompassing other space-timez (timelines) has never been considered an extra temporal dimension. It's always been and will be a timeline that encompasses other space-times (timelines) with their own temporal dimensions

Uh anyway, Standards are still same and unchanged, also among all the examples given by DT for when time axis of multiverse qualifies for Low 1-C, DB follows one. So it's fine regardless.

We're waiting on the revised draft from DT, but even if the different time streams within the timeline don't qualify, there is a possibility the timelines due to being independent Temporal Constructs would be Low 1-C.
