Dayshift at Freddy's Discussion Thread

Maybe? I’d assume it’d be a reality equalization situation
I would say no, as it's their souls who are pulling that stuff off and not their actual body.

the only exception to this is Jack himself, (and a few other characters like the real fredbear) since he lacks a soul and his actual body is entering the flip-side and doing that stuff.

otherwise, all characters should have a living/real life and soul/flipside keys.

Good to see you here. Also, after thinking about it more, I fully agree. In particular, the fact that characters like Jack and Dave have different abilities in real world combat and Flipside combat seems to support the two not really being comparable. I imagine that the full list of exceptions would be Jack, Dee, BlackJack, Henry (while he doesn't actually appear in the real world, it's heavily implied that he could without BlackJack imprisoning him), and The Real Fredbear.

Most characters that are exceptions typically are exceptions because they wouldn't get a real life key due to various unhinged reasons (mostly due to already being dead, to varying degrees)

Henry definitely would get a real life key though, and would basically be the weakest person in the verse whilst living. the only thing that you could argue is that he'd still have his Social Influencing that kills people in his real life key, but otherwise he would also need to be seperated since his dead version is so different to his living version.
