Darui vs Blake Belladonna

@WeeklyBattles The story is canon, the story. The moves and actions are 100% exagerated, the example is Jaune who's moves are nowhere near canon feat wise.
You obviously havent watched season 5 because all of the things he does in the game are his canon abilities in the show
You can pull that one on me. I seen Volume 5 and I saw when Blake used her ice clone on Fennec and Alb. They were nowhere near frozen solid, only their hands and weapons

No Blake has consistenly changed cartridges time and time. And she only used all her moves succesvely when Weiss handed her own cartridge which is know for multiple elements
This is a versus thread, Blake has all of her equipment here, thats the rules

yes, but Blake's equipment not Weiss's. Blake had to change cartridges when it was shown in vlume 5 fights

If she regularly has multiple element cartridges then yes, if not then no.

Specialized Dust cartridges can be inserted into Gambol Shroud to modify the effects of her bullets, giving them elemental properties based on the type of Dust being used. This Dust can also alter Blake's Semblance, changing her Shadows into more than just mere afterimages, in a manner not dissimilar to Weiss Schnee's weapon, Myrtenaster. The form her Shadows take on depends on the element of Blake's choosing, significantly increasing her Semblance's tactical applications.

This is the description in her page she still has to switch them out.

@Rocker Yes, she does. She doesnt have to switch them out at all, just switch from regular bullets to Dust, though currently she leads with Dust pre-loaded as shown in the recent episodes.

If you say so, I am pretty much done with that argument, I still do not see her getting out of the water wall, emotion wave combo.

RWBY Volume 2, chapter 11 around 7;50. Weiss gives Blake one of her cartridges and said this would help you. It is not one of her equipments

RWBY Volume 5 Chapter 10, Blake uses Dust ammo in her fight against illia. It is part of her eqiupment. Plus she uses Dust ammo in Grimm Eclipse. There is no refuting that she has Dust ammo as part of her equipment.

@WeeklyBattles

Only the story of Grimm Eclipse is canon. I said the specific cartrdige that Weiss lent to Blake which had multiple dust that she doesn't have. Blake does use dust ammo, but nowhere does it come in flavors like the one that Weiss lent her as they all had specific designs.

The ones shown in Blakes hands are only Fire and Ice in Chapter 10

EVERYTHING in Grimm Eclipse is canon, there was a long thread about this a while back, thats why their abilities from the game are added here. That includes the types of Dust ammo she uses. And yes it does, she has all of the types of ammo Weiss gave her as her standard equipment

Then clearly there's need to be another thread about that again. Cause Blake never freezes anyone completely with her ice clone.

it comes from me, the Grimm Eclipse is a game where the combat runs on the rule of cool. The creators have said that the story is canon.

Only in the game Weekly. Blake has never been shown to completely Freeze a person throughout all the episodes of RWBY, the only get stuck when they hit. Volume 5, Chapter 10 should already clue it in.

Then show me where bake completly freeze's an enemy with her Ice clone, cause she has never done that in the series

It doesn't matter if it was in the game since the game is canon.

In fact all of the RWBY characters that were playable in Grimm Eclipse have their game abilities on their profile so there's that as well.

@WeeklyBattle

I said the show, not the game

@Poinciana1971

It pretty much does, given that Blake in the game has frozen multiple Grimm's completely and it was canon then she would have completly frozen Fennec and Alb, and even Roman completely but that is never shown or appears to be the case of able to happen

but the game was her past self, if she doesent do it in character in her latest version its useless

the game takes place in her school days wersion, and if she doesent use it NOW than its moot

Her current version is more skilled and experienced than her school version, there's no reason why she wouldnt. Plus she did so in her fight with Illia.

that is fair enough, does she use anything outside of ice for long range?

Another bump because this will be finished in a few hours, so any last hour votes?
