Well Vilgax Was Able To Turn Ben Into His Human Form Just By Touching The Omnitrix
 
That isn't why he has Power Null. What he has isn't even Power Null, and it will be removed in a future CRT. He is able to harm intangible beings, which is what I confused with Power Null.
