So, Vader had Force Drain, and had consume the Force out of it, considering the power, when Sidious is referring is the Force itself.

Or maybe, Mustafar is full of dark side energies, and use that dark side energy, so Vader can bleed the Crystal.

So he just drained the energy from the temple and used it to Transform the Crystal Kyber?

Well, that did happen, but I believe he drained it and kept it inside. Sidious himself says that.

But anyway it's a good deed.

Vader's profile must have the ability absorption, considering that he had drain the Force out of the temple, and kept it for himself.

Vader just used the Dark Side energies of Mustafar with his own to bleed the crystal. That's it. I read through that entire issue thrice and I do no see where it is indicated that he absorbed that energy for his own. All I see is that he used the Dark Side energies there to help him bleed the crystal. That's all.
