no dangi is mach 3300 because his new shikai is the same level as dangi and that's speed is mach 3300.

Dangai is considered to be MHS... not even MHS+ so chill.
Ichigo and Mihawk would be close, but a serious Mihawk's level of skill and power is unknown and speculating will not do any good.
Mihawk COULD be capable of MHS+ feats since his casual speed was pushing pre time-skip G2 Luffy back easily. Fighters like Doflamingo are considered to be at the high end of MHS and could probably be low-end MHS+ (to be honest, I speculate Doflamingo being the latter along with G4 Luffy), but that doesn't mean Mihawk would suddenly be twice or thrice as fast.
We should consider discussing this after we see Mihawk again... in like 4+ years lel
