After Cure Honey helped the Jojo team defeat Enrico, McQueen finishes his prison sentence, moving to Japan in order to distance himself from his past, he still cannot free himself from his feeling. One day, however, he learns of a miraculous girl who will do anything asked of her. He tries to meat that girl, but is stopped by her friend. Raquell senses "a strange power," and she transforms.
