He claimed to exist through time, from its beginning to its end, and inheritor of the world (I think this is some kind of timelessness or eternity, or something similar).

Idk if that qualifies a tier for you, although it is the heir of the world and exists through the time before the beginning and after the end I seem to denote a Low 2-C.

... Wat? It doesn't make sense to use the part he claims to be 2D to claim that he is not Low 2-C and then leave it at 4-C.

Moreover, this is simply ignoring Culex's statements about existing through all time and being the heir of the world, is only considering the part that suits to nerf it.

If that's, just nerf it to 11-A.

Haven't we agreed in the past to not give someone a rating purely if they're stated to be higher dimensional, if the series explicitly does not treat dimensions like we do?

I mean CW Mxyzptlk is 5-B despite being stated to be 5th dimensional, TTGL isn't Tier 1 despite their 10th dimensional statements, The 5-D Smoothies from Ben 10 wouldn't be allowed to get rated above universal if they had a profile, etc.

Therefore I don't think him being stated to be 2-D should have an impact on his rating as Mario clearly isn't treating lower dimensions as we do.

However at the same time, I'm not sure if I agree with rating him Universal+ based on vague statements of "controlling time."

I personally have no problems with it being not Low 2-C, what I meant is that the points pointed out here were too weak to call this "debunk", it was basically considering statements to be 2D to get it from Low 2-C, but don't consider to put it as 2D. But you must be right when that.

Well, can we at least add Eternity in its powers and abilities to exist through all the time from its beginning to its end? Or we don't consider Eternity as power?

Ryukama is correct. We make exceptions if a series explictly treats higher-dimensiomal beings as far weaker than what would logically be warranted.

sorry I'm late to the party but what if you add in the accountthat culex createdand destroyed a dimension just to go o marios universe, plus he stated that mario universe is inhabitable to him. plus the piranhaplantwas talking about him, when he leaveshe saysthat his neighbor moved away. I'll also add that culex is not a type of person to bluff or hokd back, but consideringthis could we look more into culex feats?
