"But, going back on the topic, isn't it gonna be really really obvious that a bunch of people in the festival would have their emotions sucked out? I would assume there's gonna be a lot of people and I mean a lot. But, say there's someone who also has the same Investiture... you and Xordy would have to clash with theirs to surpass that, which just throws a wrench at the plan. Unless you got any idea as to how to execute it well enough..."

“Technically speaking, you were working with Tiamat in another area, it was basically like you were part of a big company but you were in a branch office far from the main factory, so, I don't know if it would really be useful since we are targeting someone else, not Tiamat” Noah commented.

Konoe nodded to herself, "Though I am adamant about talking things out with her first; if a fight does come down — and you and Deel are by my side — then it's settled. We are walking through a part of the city, from now the main target, he was a medic who was in his office, through connections previously made by the old man, third parties confirmed that this person has been leaving the city to secretly serve in a Rassilon laboratory. It is unknown what they are planning for now. The group's objective is to interrogate this man but the approach must be gentle, they do not know if it is a big deal or something no so important so they cannot force the situation.

"Yes, Xordy. We need to get this info from this man, but not too harsh on the uptake...." Konoe asserted, thinking to herself just how easy this could be if Yoshioka were here to help them. Fortunately, the Stone she had is snuck tightly into one of Yoshioka's gadgets, so it'll take time before that girl knows that a weird pebble like that exists.

"I could try using Magic to make illusions or... something... just to rattle him out.."

Rex was hoping to try a facade, like, he's a doctor, so the group could say that we're here because one of us is sick, Jack and Xor will try to indirectly manipulate him in secret, waiting until he opens up and then trying to get information out of him frendly

But he didn't expect Xor to even last hald minutes, the doctor was reading a newspaper until suddenly... he starts sneezing... apparently he's allergic to cats

"what-" He looks down and notices the white cat and then the other people- only to sneeze again

(note that it doesn't mean he's immune to your abilities, just, he's someone who's allergic, stay a couple of meters away, I think this would make it more interesting, since it doesn't mean that Xor can't act like a cat, it means that she's more discreet, yo can do some silly stuff or try to investigate around)

She meows more as she sat ahead of the person, licking her paw and then rubbing it on her head, along yawning after several repeats of the first option

Jack turns to Rex. "It might be suspicious if too many of us approach. Maybe some of the group should spit off to shop near any paths that could used to flee." He suggests quietly.

"I think I could approach him. I was planning to look for some Grimoire in the nearby townsfolk..." Konoe suggested.
 
(I'm confused, I spent part of the morning after finishing work trying to figure this out, Konoe says she wants to deal with the doctor but then says she was planning to look for some Grimoire in the nearby townsfolk)
