Powers and Stats:

Tier: At least High 0, via being omnipotent and "logic" (Not headcanon) Universe level attacks mean you're omnipotent. This is a fact, and there are no attack potencies higher than Universal! If you don't believe it, you're just a filthy downplayer! Hell, it could be confirmed that he's only an island buster, and I'd still believe this. Likely -1.


Powers and Abilities: Energy blasts that can destroy universes, can create universes, omnipotent reality warping, omnipotence, ignoring the fact that there are attack potencies above universal, ignoring actual arguments, anything and everything. Forever.

Attack Potency: At least Multi-Irrelevant+ (Can create Universes! And that means that he's OMNIPOTENT! Because using attacks that are only universe level equate to being OMNIPOTENT!)

Speed: At least Massively Faster Than Omnipresent+ (This is horrible downplay. Actually, it should be beyond the concept of speed/omnipresence, because he can just think and boom! There goes any speed limitations he has! [Note: This is logic, not headcanon.])

Lifting Strength: Unknown. At least Irrelevant+, likely beyond the concept of lifting via headcanon and the "official" Ben 10 wiki. (It was never debunked.)

Striking Strength: At least Irrelevant+, likely beyond the concept of striking via headcanon and the "official" Ben 10 wiki. Also via statements, which were never contradicted.

Durability: At least True Infinity+, Alien X is COMPLETELY, and utterly omnipotent.

Stamina: At least Limitless+ (Anything that he thinks of comes true. He is omnipotent, meaning that he can think of being beyond the concept of stamina, and it would happen.)

Range: At least True Infinity+ (More realistically, he can just think of being above the concept of range, and then attack his opponents from any and every distance.)

Intelligence: At least Omniscient+ (He can just think of be- Oh forget it, this is getting redundant.)
 
But shouldn't they scale to Shulk, who is possibly 2-A. They can also fight Super Sonic, who is 2-A in the Archie Comics. And all Characters can fight on even grounds with them. But Jokers Persona is Satanael, thus he is clearly based upon Nerose Satanael, thus should be High 1-A. Meaning all of Smash scales to High 1-A, which means that every verse included in it should be High 1-A as well. So we have High Outerversal Goombas.

Akame (Character) says that anything with a heart can be killed by one cut from Murasame. Logically, this would extend to the Thanos that possesses the Heart of The Universe, thereby making Murasame's venom Low Outerverse level in potency.
 
Yog-Sothoth is All and Everything, thus it has an inaccessible cardinal worth of hearts within itself, thus can also be killed by her. Making Akame a Tier 0 Character.

Low 1-C Aizen and Ichigo because they're one dimensional tier beyond 4-D beings.
 
Yeah I don't think they would get along very well anyway, Reinhard only has eyes for Snek. So just ship him with the NEET. Though it is an intresting concept I guess.

In DBS Broly Movie, the scouters cannot measure Goku, Vegeta, or Broly's power level in base form. This implies that their power level is beyond infinite (High 3-A) as the scouters could've just said that their power level is infinite if they do have infinite power. Therefore they have "beyond infinite power" which will be at least Low 2-C in base form.

Every Pokémon has infinite power as Eternmax has infinite power according to the PokeDex which is what causes Dynamax. Every pokemon can harm Dynamaxed Pokes so High 3-A Wooper confirmed.

In JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Star Platinum is Low 2-C, since it is able to defeat Killer Queen, which can explode timelines, and Made in Heaven, which can literally restart the universe. This scales to Silver Chariot, then King Crimson, then Sticky Fingers, then Gold Experience. According to Bruno Bucciarati, Gold Experience is as strong as a normal person. Therefore, every person in JoJo's, and anyone who can scale to them, and also stands since they're supposed to be stronger then their users, are all Low 2-C.
 
Apollyo has Abstract Existence Type 1 via being referred to as "war itself".

That means every force sensitive (no matter how untrained) is above planet busting, which is Low 4-C. 'Insignificant' means they have to at least be a tier above it which means they are 4-C.

Trained Jedi, droids, wookies, etc are High 4-C due to being many times stronger than ordinary humans/similar races, who scale to untrained force users.

Parts of planets are able to take hits from them, and the whole should be immensely stronger/more resilient. Repeat for infinite scaling.

Diavolo is at least low 2-C because he can delete time and time is 4D. Ergo it's actually low 2-C opposed to 8-C.
