Superman's feat of defeating the World Forger's multiverse is only Solar System level because the art was based on the Father Son Kamehameha. Oh wait, that's something I've seen. OK, Dragon Ball Super is a really bad show so it's universe is easy to destroy. Oh crap, I've seen that one too.
 
Saitama is Below Average level and Below Average Human in speed because he can't take out a mosquito. Everybody else downscales.
 
The Writer is 10-B becuase he got shot and killed.

The Thought Robot is only High 7-A because he was hurt by the heat of 10 billion suns.

Darkseid is 10-B because he was mugged on Earth.

Doctor Manhatta is 4-B because he didn't immediately destroy the JLA in 0.0000000001 seconds in Doomsday Clock.

Dream of the Endless is fodder because he was trapped by a bunch of humans.

Any game character ranked Massively FTL+ should be downgraded because they don't beat the level in 0.00000000000000000001 seconds.
 
As Ikki Kurogane stated himself, no amount of training can/has brought his reactions up to faster than 0.3 seconds, which should include his Ittou techniques. Stella was stated to have the same reaction cap, and has reacted to Ittou Rasetsu, so this is somewhat consistent. This would mean that his Ittou Shura reactions (and movement, since they are comparable) are 6 seconds, and 60 in base. Most of the cast is relative to this. But wait, there's more! Some sources claim that the multipliers are 48 and 500x, making his reactions 2.5 and 150 seconds.

10-A Thanos for being arrested by two cops, who are 10-A. With close to Peak Human lifting strength though.

All Undertale characters are between Below Average Human level to Average Human level because Frisk is a child. Asriel only has the power of 7 children in his god form. Also all hax in Undertale are fake because it's magic and magic doesn't exist.
 
Pokémons are just weird looking domestic animals and the pokedex was written while the professors were drunk and high, and 10 year olds are the ones that actually validate the entries through generations.

I mean, A llama would be above 10-C, but still nowhere near tier 2.

Who said it is a healthy llama? It has no visible mouth so they are probably starving to drath.
 
This may actually become a reality if the Terraria speed revisions go really badly, but the Terrarian takes an entire minute to move 12 feet (less than 1 mph) because the clocks in Terrarian are on drugs (every second is a minute in Terraria).

The Fallout and Skyrim main characters would also move ridiculously slow because it takes them 5 minutes to move across a 20 foot market place (the in game clock for those games also are stupidly fast).
