Copen vs METAL GEAR RAY

AP is pretty much even, although Copen has a slight edge (158.9 Tons to RAY's 156.8).
That being said, RAY has no way to get past Copen's Flashshield except its guns, which Prevasion can take care of. Plus, Copen has steady, reliable bursts of healing to keep himself alive, and if he gets out of the RAY's direct line of sight, it can't really do much. Also, his EX Weapons give him a massive versatility advantage that RAY just doesn't have access to.
