Isn't the speed of Satan and Devilman at full force, should be Immeasurable? Even in a weakened state, they moved freely from the past to the future, and Vice versa through thoughts, memories and or simple images of other characters.

First this from Shin Devilman ( through time and space akira and ryou fight demons. Ryou stated that this doesnt feel like our normal three dimensional world It stated that Ryou can move freely through time and space.

Second is this from Amon ( [Zennon can warp time and space to send Amon into an Hyper-sapce prison. Here is an explaination about Hyperspace.

Third is this from Devilman saga ( The demon armor comes from a parallel universe and because of that are [common sense of are mondern science does not apply to them.

Also i think does Top tier demons should get type 4 Acausality based on these statements from Devilman vs Hades:

According to Persephone all is subject to pure logic of cause and effect. Its later confirmed by Agros that Devilman is defying the laws of causality.
