This is not really as complex as it should.
Firstly
It has been accepted previously that there are indeed Universe in Iruna/Toram online verse.
Here is the thread.
For clarification the statement refer to Iruna whole as universe, and in another previous thread even without the universe statement we get a separate space time with their own flow of time difference.
Now
We can assume safely and with enough proof that Iruna is universe sized construct with a complete flow of time making it baseline Low 2-C, but then we get another feats and evidence that there's another world of Iruna with a different law and nature and for a possible counterargument of what world mean, well Iruna is a universe.
The scan.
Thus making at least two universe with a timeline or in other word 2-C Iruna.
Also this scan talk about the world being the same (in nature, construct)
Also gap between each world is endless.
Vice-goddesses are the key to open the gate to another space. And the dragon is the vehicle to move through the space.
Means that travel between these worlds is normally not possible, as teleportation, dragon, and gods power the only way of traversing these worlds.
