Ben 10: Universe downgrade

A little unrelated, but i also think they should be downgraded to High 3-A from Low 2-C due to this same reason (with the execption of Ledgerdomain since it has an independent flow of time)

I don't think that would be necessay since it was stated that Dimensional disrupter (which is same as Nullvoid Gun) functionality involves creating a hole in a spacetime barrier to travel between dimensions. Means they are proper spacetume continuums.

I agree with you on rest other points.

Given the change in plans on what needs to be updated on the cosmology page based on discussion here, i will create another thread later on in future which will focus on updating cosmology page to include different scope of Universes from Base Universe/Timeline (2-A), to Annhilargh Universes (26D).
