Connie vs Ditto (7-9-0)

why Inteligence don't matter here?

even the fish is agains us, we don't have a god anymore
 
Also it replicates a being cellular structure perfectly just by looking at them it, however doesn't even have the ability to look at their cellular structure that should be an extraordinary genius feat the closest thing it has to an anti feat is not having a photographic memory.
